Mapei Ultraplan Grey Self Leveller
Ultraplan is especially suitable for areas subject to wheeled chairs.
Self-levelling, ultra quick-hardening smoothing compound for thicknesses from 1 to 15 mm.
Where to use:
- Used for levelling and smoothing differences in thicknesses from 1 to 15mm on new or existing substrates.
Application Examples:
- Levelling concrete slabs and cementitious screeds
- Levelling anhydrite substrate
- Levelling underfloor heating systems
- Levelling existing concrete pavements, terrazzo, ceramic, natural stone and magnesite floors
- Substrate preparation under epoxy coatings
Technical Characteristics:
- Internal use only
- For thicknesses greater than 15mm, it is recommended to add up to 50% of graded aggregate (2-5mm)
- Easily workable mortar, perfectly self-levelling, with a bond strength and ultra-fast drying
- Colour: grey
- Workability time: 20-30 minutes
- Set to light foot traffic: approx. 3 hours.
- Waiting time before laying: 12 hours for ceramic tiles, natural stone, resilient and wood coverings.
- Consumption: 1.6 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
