Mapei Ultraplan Fast Track Self Leveller

This self-leveling compound dries exceptionally quickly and is intended for layer thicknesses ranging from 1 to 10 mm. It is particularly well-suited for the renovation of resilient floors that need to be rapidly prepared for use within a short timeframe.

Where to use:

Used for levelling and smoothing differences in thicknesses from 1 to 10mm on new or existing substrates, preparing them to receive floor coverings (including carpet, vinyl, planks, ceramics, stone and timber flooring) in a very short time (2 hours).

Application Examples:

• Levelling concrete slabs and cementitious screeds
• Levelling anhydrite substrate
• Levelling underfloor heating systems
• Levelling existing concrete pavements, terrazzo, ceramic, natural stone and magnesite floors

Technical Characteristics:

• Internal use only
• Can be spread in thicknesses up to 10mm per coat without shrinkage
• For thicknesses greater than 10mm (max 20mm), it is recommended to add up to 30% of graded sand (0.4mm) over mechanically keyed floor only
• Easily workable mortar, perfectly self-levelling, with a bond strength and ultra-fast drying
• Can be used under ceramics, carpet, vinyl, LVT rubber and timber flooring
