We do not deliver to Post Offices, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Private/Locked Bags

Your parcel will be delivered by StarTrack eParcel service, Auspost, TNT or Fastway Couriers during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-despatch. Freight charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.

Even though we at Kevmor Trade Supplies take pride in the care we take with packaging all of our Internet and phone orders, sometimes accidents or errors happen. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, KEVMOR will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained either by:

Freight Deliveries

Kevmor offers a number of bulky/heavy items that must be delivered by a road freight carrier. The shipping type will automatically default to "Bulk Item Delivery Charge" in the cart and during checkout if your item needs to be delivered by freight owing to the size and weight of the shipment. The price of shipping, if any, will be displayed at the checkout payment screen.

A freight shipment will generally deliver within 3-5 business days of shipment, but could take longer depending on the service routes provided by the carrier in your area.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless faulty.

  • Returns must have a returns code attached, please contact us for your code number
  • Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories to be eligible for a refund
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date
  • Refunds will be credited back in full via the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer, excluding faulty or damaged goods.
  • Custom orders (eg cut to length items) are non-returnable (unless faulty or damaged)

PayPal eCheque Payments

Orders made by PayPal eCheque will not be dispatched until the cheque clears which can take up to 7 days.
