Level Pegs used to create a level floor, like so:

For a standard pour

  • Sweep/vacuum
  • Prep and prime the subfloor
  • Cut Pegs at the required height,
  • Place the leveling pins/pegs in as many places as necessary
  • Pour underlayment
  • Once the material is poured to the top of the pins, the pins will blend in seamlessly with the material – no removing of the pins required

Measure materials when surfaces are inconsistent and uneven:

  • Sweep/vacuum
  • Prep and prime the subfloor
  • Use a laser or similar method to grid the floor and determine the highest point in the room.
  • Start working from this point.
  • Using the laser to measure the points on the floor to build the floor up to the required height, marking the floor using a pencil (Please note paint markers and marker pens can bleed through to the top covering),
  • Cut the peg to the heights just marked on the floor using the laser
  • Pour underlay
  • Once the material is poured to the top of the pins, the pins will blend in seamlessly with the material – no removing of the pins required
