To ensure accurate readings, the Rapid RH L6 Smart Sensors are factory calibrated utilising CMOSens® technology. Wagner Smart Sensors are fully calibrated and packaged in tamper-resistant packaging in every Smart Sensor pack, which also includes a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.

ASTM F2170 Compliant | Celsius version for Australia

ASTM F2170 requires that contractors place three concrete moisture tests for the first 100 sqm of flooring area, and an additional sensor for each subsequent 100 sqm of concrete area. So, for example, a 1000 sqm warehouse slab would require 12 in situ probes to be installed (3 for the first 100 sqm, then 1 extras for every 100 sqm of the remaining 900 sqm).

Rapid RH® L6 sensors feature a customized version of the SHT35 humidity sensor from Sensirion that has a +/-2% accuracy tolerance at 50% and 90% relative humidity (RH). This important aspect of the L6 concrete RH testing system puts it in direct compliance with ASTM F2170. Standard SHT35 humidity sensors, found in other concrete RH test systems, start to deviate from the +/-2% tolerance at RH levels as low as 50%.

The DataMaster™ L6 improves upon the incredible utility of the DataMaster 5.0 app with streamlined navigation to information and reporting functions making your concrete slab relative humidity (RH) testing faster and easier than before. The DataMaster L6 app connects via Bluetooth® to the Rapid RH® Total Reader® for a completely wireless system of reading, recording, and reporting your concrete slab moisture test data. The DataMaster L6 takes advantage of an unbroken stream of data to give you the highest level of data integrity.

Rapid RH L6 now includes automated data logger technology. The DataGrabber with Bluetooth, a self-contained device designed to fit inside a Rapid RH L6 Smart Sensor, will periodically engage the sensor to store time-stamped concrete temperature and RH readings according to the time interval set by the user. The DataGrabber with Bluetooth connects directly to the free DataMaster L6 app for wireless download of sensor readings and programming of sensor reading intervals. A smaller version of the DataGrabber is configured by contacting the Rapid RH Total Reader to connect with the DataMaster L6 app. While connected, with either version of the DataGrabber, you can also download all previous time-stamped concrete RH and temperature readings directly from the L6 Smart Sensor.

The DataMaster L6 app is designed to be used only with Rapid RH L6 Smart Sensors, Rapid RH DataGrabbers, and the Rapid RH Total Reader for fast, accurate, and reliable RH testing.
