Crain 564 Variable Wall Spacer
Operated by a sizable threaded pushrod connected to an ergonomic twist knob, the tool also features a steel hex insert in the twist knob, allowing for the use of a hex wrench for additional force. This added leverage enables the tool to effectively bring together the butt joints of end planks. The pressure pad is equipped with a rubber insert to prevent any scratching of walls. Hex wrench is not included. The net weight is 8 oz.
Use to space planks from the wall or clamp and press the butt joints.
Improved with wider, heavier base and larger, ergonomic twist-knob that will accept an Allen wrench on the back side.
