UFS 7" Hinged Shroud - Dust Shroud
This vacuum shroud was designed to manage dust when grinding. The shroud's snail-shaped design effectively directs dust particles away from the work surface and into the vacuum port by utilising the air velocity produced by the moving grinding wheel.
With this technique, airborne dust is reduced, clean-up is simplified, and grinding effectiveness is increased. Designed to work with cup wheels up to 7" in diameter and most common 7" and 9" grinders. The shroud helps to speed up clean-up, improve visibility, and boost output when used with a vacuum. This shroud is made specifically for controlling dust when cleaning, levelling uneven surfaces on floors, removing paint and other coatings, epoxies, urethanes, and other coatings, and cleaning glues.
