The Stand-Up Cutter is an excellent tool for efficiently performing rough cuts on carpet rolls and slicing glued-down carpet into narrower strips for easier removal. It features a finely machined hole that guides a utility blade and a sharp, hardened steel tip. The pointed tip easily pierces through glued-down carpet, facilitating quick starts. Once pierced, the carpet can be lifted to the utility blade, which chops it as the pointed tip is pressed down, gliding along the subfloor. The tool's sturdy fiberglass handle ensures durability and safety with two locks, and it can be extended from 127cm to 216cm, allowing for the best cutting angle to be maintained.
Takes standard utility blades or hook blades.
