Carpet Tiles and floor coverings can be trimmed by coving the tile up the wall and trimming free hand.

Easily trims hard to cut carpet and backing like Powerbond, Enhancer and Hot Melt Back.  Vinyl, Carpet Tile, Needlefelt and much more. Glides through sisal. Cutting vinyl with little or no effort.

Adjustable height to match the thickness of the floor covering  (large dial ) and adjustable cutting-depth (dial on handle)  ensure that only the covering is cut and not the sub-floor. This helps to reduce blade consumption. The Perfect Cutter is used by cutting in front of you as you work your way up the wall.
