The highly aggressive adhesive Tensorgrip® F40 is ideal for all demanding foam, fabric, upholstery, and carpet applications. F40 is a multi-purpose, non-chlorinated, high-solids synthetic rubber spray adhesive that comes in canisters. This adhesive's extended open time, high tack level, and exceptional strength make it ideal for bonding a range of substrates, such as foam, textiles, upholstery, plywood, MDF, and more. For carpet tiles, F40 can also be used as a tackifier.
Key applications include:
- Bonding dacron or webbing to foam for use in sofa or lounge production
- Fabric adhesive for partition screens
